BMW X6 Prototype (SpyShots)

BMW's X6 prototype spotted testing



It's a sportier version of the X5, known among spies as the X6. This is BMW's response to the Land Rover Range Rover Sport, and features a rakish roofline, possibly with a 3 Series-like Hoffmeister kink, hidden under the tricky camouflage. In fact, the rear door outer skin may be hiding smaller rear quarter doors note the severe slope of the roofline inside the car, from the b-pillar back. The X6 is scheduled to debut some time this year.
